3.3 Account Non-Transferability. para77 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

5.1 Bet Acceptance. 5.3 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: technical malfunctions, obvious pricing errors, incomplete events, force majeure events, or confirmed match-fixing or irregular betting activity in the relevant market.
5.4 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction, the Player must submit a formal dispute to para77 support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. para77's records shall be the primary reference point for resolving disputes, and para77's decision shall be final and binding.

11.2 By the Player. Players may close their para77 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. 11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account, all rights granted under these Terms cease immediately.
